Her 20 + years as a relationship counsellor for the family court has given her a great depth of understanding about relationship and family issues, and firmly believes that counselling and coaching are invaluable.
Her career in the counselling field began in the early 70’s as Co- Founder and Assistant Director a rehabilitation clinic, where she found that she had a natural ability for helping people work through their issues and become a better /happier version of themselves.
I am a trained counsellor, life coach, psychotherapist, group leader and tutor in personal development skills and have been working in this field for over 20 years. My approach is highly individual, compassionate and effective.
Formally a Co-founder and Assistant Director of an addictions centre, I am now in private practice as a Life Coach / therapist and specialise in life coaching, – personal & relationship counselling, grief therapy, stress management & personal development skills.
As a group leader and tutor I work with polytechnics, training opportunities programmes, social agencies and businesses.
My clients come from all walks of life and are referred to me by health professionals, Dr’s, Schools, social agencies, the family court and by personal recommendations.
